Unavailability of Handyman: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Handyman Customer App, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking."

Unavailability of Handyman: In the rare event that a Handyman is unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider can decline your service.

Reschedule your appointment: We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your needs.

Cancel your booking at any time before it is accepted by a provider. No cancellation fee will apply.
Payments:
Handyman does not collect or process any payments through the app. All service fees should be paid directly to the service provider using a mutually agreed payment method.
