How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please follow one of the methods below:

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the Fixee app.

2. Go to Profile > Delete Account.

3. Confirm your request. Your account will be permanently deleted within [7] business days.

Option 2: Contact Us
You can also submit a data deletion request by contacting us directly:

• Your full name

• Registered phone number or email

• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After Deletion?

• All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

• Any past transaction history may be retained for legal and financial compliance as required by Israel law.

• Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
